Natural Light and Clean Air
Open those windows and let the daylight rush in! Daylight helps boost the home's energy. By maximising natural light this can make us feel happier and more positive. Mirrors can also help make the space feel bigger and brighter. They can attract positive energy and bring calm. By making these small changes to your environment, they can make a big difference and harmonise your space.
Clear the Home of Clutter
We are all guilty of accumulating 'things' and being surrounded by clutter can stop us having clarity of thought, making it hard to think clearly and stay focused whilst working from home. Now is the time to do that big clear out you've been meaning to do. A useful tip I've learnt is to organise a place for the important things like keys, bills - small changes to our possessions and the space with which they reside can have a huge impact.
Another tip for working from home is to think about the positioning of your furniture. You should not have your back to the door whilst sitting at your desk, if you can, your whole desk should be positioned well away from the door and not in line with it. Open that window, If your brain is starving for oxygen and your body does not get enough natural light, you will not enjoy being in your home office no matter how much you love your job. Add some plants and mirrors. You can also surround yourself with inspirational things to help energise you and express your creativity.
Plants invite harmony and balance to our homes, they are also a natural way of purifying the air. They can be nourishing and healing for your personal energy. Plants with soft and rounded leaves are typically best, as they promote a gentle, nourishing energy. It's best to avoid pointy and spiky plants, such as a cactus, should you want to promote good Feng Shui energy.

If you are looking for things to watch I would highly recommend watching the Netflix series 'Tidying up with Marie Kondo" Marie is a tidying expert. "People around the world have been drawn to her philosophy not only due to its effectiveness but also because she places great importance on being mindful". Once you have your house in order, you will find that your whole life will change. You can feel more confident, you can become more successful, and you can have the energy and motivation to create the life you want.
